Step 2: Candidate Search
Search our 90,000+ candidate database and generate a call list of top candidates who possess the specified skills or have experience working at the target companies. Conduct direct recruiting and referral calls from existing relationships at target companies and our extensive networks.
Step 3: Screening Process & Reference Checks
In-depth screening process that includes technical screening, testing of required skills for the position and an assessment of cultural fit. Thorough reference checking is conducted to confirm experience level, education and achievements.
Step 4: Candidate Review & Interview Process
Complete candidate review by the eHire team to ensure a perfect fit with the client’s position and then interview with the client to confirm an ideal match. The goal is to provide a few select candidates that are well qualified, reducing the time spent by the client in the review process.
Step 5: Hiring Process
Consult with client to develop the final offer which eHire presents to the candidate. If offer is accepted, eHire proceeds with necessary administration and orientation.
