Our Relationship-Based Recruiting Methodology:

Step 1: Ask & Listen

Obtain a detailed understanding of the client's needs, including skills, compensation, growth potential, corporate culture, personality fit, etc. Work collaboratively with the client to determine target companies for primary recruiting efforts.

Step 2: Candidate Search

Search our 70,000+ candidate database and generate a call list of top candidates who possess the specified skills or have experience working at the target companies. Conduct direct recruiting and referral calls from existing relationships at target companies and friends of the firm.

Step 3: Screening Process & Reference Checks

In-depth screening process that includes both testing of required skills for the position and a personality evaluation. A thorough references check to confirm experience level, education and achievements.

Step 4: Candidate Review & Interviewing Process

Complete candidate review by the eHire team to ensure a perfect fit with the client’s position. Next, interviews with the eHire team and then with the client. The goal is to provide a few select candidates that are well qualified, reducing the time spent by the client in the review process.

Step 5: Hiring Process

Consult with client to develop the final offer which eHire presents to the candidate. If offer is accepted, eHire proceeds with paperwork and orientation.

Step 6: Periodic Follow up on Client & Candidate

Our ‘Relationship-Based Recruiting Methodology’ means maintaining and growing relationships with both the client and candidate well past the hiring stage.
