Our client is looking for a Product Operations Analyst to work with the Product and Operations teams to collect, strengthen, and distribute stakeholder feedback. This role will work cross-functionally to remove knowledge gaps and bottlenecks to help maintain product velocity and delivery quality. The Product Operations Analyst will work alongside Product Managers and Product Marketing to help measure the success of releases through data analysis and help organize that data for broad communications.

Additional responsibilities and accountabilities for this role include:

  • Provide data-driven product recommendations for optimized delivery of features

  • Serve as a liaison between Product, Support, and Operations teams to oversee the collection, organization, distribution, and resolution of customer feedback

  • Work cross-functionally with product managers, product marketing, engineering, designers, and business analysts to manage feedback and product performance to help define new work and drive adoption of features and products

  • Assist Product Designers with user experience testing for current and future feature-sets

  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing Team to create and manage guidelines, how-to reference guides, and training resources

  • Develop and maintain release processes to best align to its respective market impact

  • Support the Product Team in building roadmaps, scoring ideas, driving process improvement, and overall driving team efficiency

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in software development, data analytics, product development, or related role

  • Strong project management experience

  • Has experience working in an agile methodology and the overall software development lifecycle

  • Experience working in BI tool, such as Google’s Looker product, Tableau, or similar

  • Experience working in behavioral analytics tool such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar

  • Self-motivated and dedicated with proven creative/critical thinking capabilities

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate and gather feedback with stakeholders across the organization

  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities

  • Product management experience is a plus
