Our client is a top wine and spirits distributor in the nation, that helps suppliers by building strategic relationships with on- and off-premises customers to elevate their brands and reach their target consumers. 

As a Lead Integration Engineer (EDI) in the Technical Delivery organization, the ideal candidate will become part of the Middleware Integration team responsible for the complete Integration solutions design, Implementation, maintenance of EDI and middleware services. This includes, but is not limited to planning, designing, implementation, maintenance coordination, configuration (both pre and post), and management of Applications, and Middleware services. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
· Develop and support TIBCO EDI Applications.
· Technically lead EDI team members.
· Participate in requirement gathering discussions with business applications users to derive Integration requirements.
· Design and Implement TIBCO EDI solutions.
· Hands on experience with designing and implementing TIBCO EDI Architecture.
· Experience with implementing end to end File transfer solutions using GoAnywhere MFT platform.
· Ability to perform unit testing and support integration, regression, and performance testing activities.
· Experience with deployment of Integration artifacts using GitHub and CI/CD pipeline.
· Monitor TIBCO EDI Integration issues and take corrective actions to resolve any Incidents and service requests.
· Communicate regularly and effectively with other team members, clients (application developers) and vendors (other technology teams). Creating regular status reports is one form of communication used.
· Weeknights and Weekend on call support as needed.

Education, Computer Skills and/or Experience:
· Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
· Experience with TIBCO Business Connect (BC), TIBCO Business Works (BW), TIBCO Administration and EMS.
· 8+ years of TIBCO EDI development and support experience.
· Knowledge in EDI standards like ANSI X12, XML and other formats like JSON.
· Intense experience in developing complex process using TIBCO Business Works (BW).
· Experience with GitHub and CI/CD skills.
· Linux OS experience preferred with scripting ability.
· Oracle and basic SQL skills.
· Professional oral and written communication skills.
· Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, conducive to team development, work under own initiative.
· Strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills, multitask and deliver under tight deadlines.

Desired Skills:
· Prior experience with any of the leading iPaaS Integration Platforms such as MuleSoft Anypoint platform, Dell Boomi and Software AG webMethods.
· Prior experience with implementing integration solutions using Publish/Subscribe and JMS based messaging patterns.
· Prior experience with any of the leading MFT tools such as GoAnywhere is a plus.
· Prior Experience with enterprise logging tools such as Splunk.
